A prolonged stay in the Netherlands, followed by his mother’s illness and passing, only urged Tom further to balance his priorities. From running races to conquering triathlons, Tom has participated in more than 30 triathlons and has finished every race.

Tom’s journey as an athlete reached a pivotal point while on a business flight to Zürich when he tried out his luck registering for “Challenge Roth” in Germany, one of the world’s most popular full-distance triathlons. Instead of backing down, he is engaging in this challenge to finish the race promptly, despite his packed business schedule. This impromptu decision and dedication within the sport prove that remarkable feats can be achieved even within career constraints.

Tom created a blueprint that he follows with a dedication to maintaining a perfect balance between work and fitness. He claims it to be the secret behind his success in balancing business and life.

1. Prioritize and Plan

The key to successfully balancing work and fitness is effective time management. Use tools like to-do lists, calendars, or digital apps to organize your day. Treat your workouts as important appointments that you cannot miss, just like you would with work meetings.
